We are aware that some customers may have experienced issues with uploading, publishing and recordings between UTC Thursday 19:30 and 21:00. This was due to a major Microsoft Azure network outage - our cloud services provider.

Services have now been restored and we are recovering any temporarily affected processes. We appreciate your patience whilst we complete this work, if you were affected.

Please contact us if you are still experiencing any issues uploading or publishing new audio, or if you are seeing issues with recording agents. We apologise for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.
